Terms & Conditions
- Delivery. Though we always promise our clients fast delivery, there can be blunders that do not depend on us. If we expect delivery to last for 14 days or more, you will be informed and have a chance to cancel the order. If you need delivery to very distant regions, you will be informed on additional costs. In this case you will also have a chance to cancel your order.
- Cancellation of your order. You can cancel your order at any time. If you want to cancel your order, please, contact us via email or our contact page. You do not need to inform us on your reasons but in case it is because of the quality of our services, your explanation will help us to improve it. Goods should be returned in their original package and working condition. In case goods are damaged before they are returned to us, our customers have to pay compensation for their deteriorated state.
- Inappropriate quality. If you receive broken goods that do not function, do not hesitate to contact us because the problems can be solved in accordance to your rights as a customer. If an expertise shows that goods are of an inappropriate quality, your purchase will be refunded together with the money you spend on return of our goods. In case the expertise shows that the item is spoiled by the addressee, there are no refunds.
- Refunds. Refunds are usually given after fourteen days of procession of a return order. Money will be transferred to the billing account that was used for purchase. The fact will be confirmed by an email message. Goods should be returned in their original package.
- We, as issuers of these terms and conditions, reserve a right to alternate them when we think appropriate. All our clients will be informed about our new policy. By default, all our clients are supposed to agree with these alternations, unless they inform us on their opinion within 7 days since the changes are declared.
- Our warranties. If items have defects that have appeared by no fault of customers, we are ready to replace the item with an identical one, if available, or a proper replacement if customers agree. We do our best to prevent damaging of goods when they are transported. Our warranties do not embrace defects that happen to items in course of installation. It is necessary to be careful while installing our items, in order to retain the warranty.
